For Respondent : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- for Anticipatory bail in Crime No.82 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.
2.The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 447, 294(b) and 506(i) of I.P.C., and Section 4 of TNWH Act, in Crime No.82 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

CRL OP(MD). No.4759 of 2020 3.The petitioners herein were granted anticipatory bail in Crime No.82 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police by order dated 20.02.2020 with certain conditions. One of the condition in the said anticipatory bail, is that, the petitioners should surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam, Theni District, within 15 days from the receipt of the order copy with two sureties and executed bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each. But, the petitioners herein having failed to surrender before the Judicial Magistrate within 15 days, has filed the second anticipatory bail application.
4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the anticipatory bail was granted on 20.02.2020 and order copy made on 26.02.2020 and after getting order copy, the petitioners could not able to furnish the sureties within time frame.
5.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, time is extended to execute sureties and to surrender till 30.03.2020, failing which, anticipatory bail granted by this Court dated 20.02.2020, shall stand cancelled automatically.
