ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent No.1 to sanction the Government Dream House or IAY (Indra Awaas Yojana) house scheme by considering the Petitioner's Representation dated 24.03.2025 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 24.03.2025 had already been considered by the respondents and was rejected on 08.05.2025.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. No costs. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the said order in the manner known to law.
