ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.Muthu Saravanan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, Additional Public Prosecutor, for the Respondents, this Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time for payment of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) as costs, to the District Siddha Medical Officer, CCRI, Periyakulam vide order dated 08.03.2022.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the order copy was uploaded on 11.03.2022 and immediately he could not contact the parties, hence he was unable to comply with the conditions.

3. In view of the same, time already granted by this Court to deposit a sum of Rs.5000/- is extended till 01.04.2022, failing which the order already granted shall stand dismissed without any further reference to this Court.
