ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as sole accused in Crime No.133 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 09.05.2015 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 3(1)(Xii) and 3(2) of SC and ST (P.O.A) Act r/w. 294(b) and 506 (i) of I.P.C., and Section 6 of Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and hence, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused has misbehaved with the minor girl of 9 years and had sexual relationship with her. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a senior citizen and he is in judicial custody for more than one month and his bail application can be considered. 4.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) vehemently opposed and submitted that the accused committed grave offence and therefore, he is not entitled for bail. He further submitted that the investigation is at initial stage.

5.Considering the nature of the allegation made against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
