Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KANNAPPAN A.R., Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time for executing the sureties in Crl.OP(MD)No.678 of 2022, dated 17.02.2022. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that due to their personal inconvenience, the petitioners could not produce the sureties within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
