ORDER

The petitioner in effect seeks cancellation of the petition mentioned document. This relief can be granted only by the Civil Court. This Court cannot direct the official respondents to do so. That apart, the petitioner invokes Circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011. The said Circular itself has been withdrawn. Therefore, no relief can be given in this writ proceedings.
