O R D E R

This application is filed seeking for a direction, directing the respondents to give adequate police protection to the petitioner and her family members, life and limb.

2.According to the petitioner, he made a representation dated 07.08.2017 to the respondents to give police protection to the petitioner. As no order has been passed in the said representation, the petitioner has filed this writ petition with the aforesaid prayer.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the third respondent has conducted an enquiry and caused injury to the petitioner.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation is still pending with the second respondent. Therefore, this Court may pass https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appropriate orders to consider the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law.

5. Considering the aforesaid submission, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 07.08.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the aforesaid observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
