Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The property in question was attached pursuant to G.O.M.S.No.392, dated 04.06.2012. The petitioner is willing to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- per month as lease consideration for taking the property in question. As rightly pointed out by the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents, as the Special Court under TNPID Act is in charge of administrating the property, the petitioner will have to move the Special Court and this writ petition will not lie.

3.I am in agreement with the objection raised by the learned Special Government Pleader and I relegate the petitioner to move the Special Court and get appropriate relief. Reserving the right of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

writ petitioner to move the special court, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
