ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 4(1)(g) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act in Crime No.21 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.It is seen from the records that the FIR came to be registered for the offences under Section 4(1)(g) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, which is a bailable offence. Hence, the question of granting anticipatory bail does not arise.

3.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
