The contention of the learned counsel for the appellant is that the order impugned in the writ petition is a non speaking order and does not contain any reason. Even then it does qualify as an appealable order. Hence, we do not see any reason to entertain the writ appeal.

The Writ Appeal fails and accordingly dismissed. The appellant can seek condonation of delay in filing the appeal. If he does so, the appellate authority will consider the period taken in prosecuting the writ petition and this appeal. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
