This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the third respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 05.06.2017 and investigate the case according to law. 2.The Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the criminal complaint has been registered in Crime No.82 of 2017 for the offences alleged under Sections 294(b), 506(ii) of I.P.C. and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1) (s), 3(2)(va) of the SC / ST (POA) Amendment Act, 2015 and that the respondent police will take necessary action for filing final report.

3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
