Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VR.SHANMUGANATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP(MD)No.5061 of 2017 in Crl.RC(MD) No.477 of 2017, dated 19.06.2017.
