This petition has been filed for a direction to the Inspector of police, Suthamalli Police Station, Tirunelveli District, to register the petitioners complaint dated 12.10.2015 as an FIR and further direct him to investigate into the matter and to file the final report.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner has been enquired into and the same has been closed.
