This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaints given by the petitioner dated 28.10.2017 and 02.11.2017 and conduct necessary enquiry as per law by fixing suitable time. 2.The Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the criminal complaint has been registered in Crime No.529 of 2017 for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of I.P.C. and that the respondent police will take necessary action for filing final report.
