This petition has been filed to to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of the enquiry.
2. According to the petitioner, the de facto complainant made a complaint on 11.04.2018 as the allegation that some unknown persons created the whatsapp message in communal background and the same was forwarded to many persons. The petitioner's name is also mentioned in the whatsapp list. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner filed this Criminal Original Petition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the present complaint was enquired and asked the petitioner to
appear before the respondent police for enquiry only and therefore, the petitioner's apprehension is not correct.
3. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
