This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent police to register a case on the complaint dated 27/05/2015 given by the petitioner against the accused namely Ramasubbu, Amarkarthik and Sundareswaran.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.55 of 2015.
