Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The petitioner seeks release of the petition mentioned documents on payment of the sum demanded by the Department. The stand of the respondents is not known as of now. The writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage itself. I therefore make it clear that subject to the fulfilment of the demand that may be raised by the Registration Department, the petition mentioned documents shall be released. 2/4
3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
