This Criminal Original Petition is filed to transfer the case in Crime No.100 of 2015 from the fourth respondent to third respondent or any other investigating agency.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report has already been filed.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the vehicle belonging to him has been wrongly implicated. This is a matter for investigation and on that score, the petitioner is not asked for transfer and more so when, investigation has been completed and the final report has already been filed, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
