ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he has handed over the bundle to the petitioner and he no more appears for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the third respondent submitted that the interim order passed by this Court has not been complied with by the petitioner.

3. This Court while passing the interim order made it very clear that if the petitioner does not comply with the interim direction, this Court will have no other option except to direct the respondents to take further action in this case. Now it is stated that the petitioner has not complied with the interim direction issued by this Court and hence, this Court is left with no other https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD).No.6380 of 2021 option except to dismiss this Writ Petition. Even while passing the interim order, this Court made it clear that there is no ground to interfere with the impugned order passed by the third respondent and this Court found that the amount that was fixed by the third respondent is in accordance with law.

4. In the result, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
