ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to grant an order to transfer the investigation in FIR in Crime No. 296 of 2021, dated 18.07.2021 on the file of the third respondent to the fourth respondent for conducting proper investigation and consequently direct to file final report within stipulated time fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Though the petitioner has sought for transfer of investigation in Crime No.296 of 2021 on the file of the third respondent, the learned counsel for the petitioner has now restricted his prayer to file a final report within the stipulated time.

In view of the same, the third respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No. 296 of 2021 pending on his file and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order. Further the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police and cooperate for investigation. 5.
