This petition has been filed praying to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case on a complaint dated 28.02.2015 and investigate the case in accordance with law.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondents submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

3. Recording the same, this petition is dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
