O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the Judicial Magistrate Court No.2 Madurai to conduct the trial in C.C.No.178 of 2012. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.According to the petitioner, the petitioner has preferred a complaint before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.2, Madurai and the said case is pending from the year 2012. Therefore, she has preferred the present petition for disposing of the said case. 4.In view of the submission made by the parties and also without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the Judicial Magistrate Court No.2, Madurai to dispose of C.C.No.178 of 2012, pending on his file, as expeditiously as possible, preferable, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
