Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to furnish Land Survey Register maintained under the land survey schemes like Old Settlement, Resettlement and Updating scheme in respect of Resurvey No.15/10 of Perungudi Revenue Village, Thiruparankundram Taluk and subsequently respondents be directed to ad-measure and fix the boundaries to the survey No.15/10 in the land stands in the name of the petitioner's father Paluchamy by considering the representation dated 05.01.2019.

2. The Writ petitioner has given a representation dated 05.01.2019 for survey and measurement of the petition mentioned property.

3. The third respondent is the authority competent to consider the same. The third respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 05.01.2019 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. At this juncture, the learned Special Government Pleader states that the petitioner must be directed to give a fresh application. The learned counsel appearing for the Writ petitioner states that along with this order copy, the petitioner would submit a fresh application.
