2.When this contempt petition is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that as against the order passed in WP.(MD)No.12898 of 2023 dated 30.04.2024, a writ appeal has been filed and the Division Bench of this Court has granted an order of interim stay. 4.Since the Division Bench seized of the matter, this Contempt Petition is closed.
