ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 4th respondent to register the case based on the petitioner's compliant dated 23.08.2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

3. According to the petitioner, the petitioner made a complaint to the respondent police against the proposed accused on 23.08.2017 But no action has been taken on the said complaint. Hence, the present petition has been filed before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) on instructions, would submit that after conducting enquiry, the 4th respondent police came to a conclusion that it is a false complaint. Hence, the same was closed. He also produced a copy of the closure report before this Court.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
