O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the case on the basis of the complaint dated 22.01.2017, 27.04.2017 and 08.07.2017 respectively given by the petitioner for offence under Section 380 of Indian Penal Code and consequently, direct the first respondent to supervise the investigation.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.Today, when the case was called, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent police has registered a case on 21.04.2018 in Crime No.525 of 2018 for offence under Section 379 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of I.P.C. Therefore, the relief sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
