Respondents PRAYER:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to conduct survey in respect of properties in S.F.No.1017/1, 1017/2, 1023/1 and 1023/2 situated at Puthu Road, Rameshwaram Taluk, Ramanthapuram District and fix the boundaries of the petitioner's property and its pathway, before made allotment the land for construction of police quarters or any other purpose in S.F.No.1023/2, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 04.03.2021.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader produced a copy of the proceedings dated 20.03.2021 of the Tahsildar concerned, whereby it is stated that the subject property has already been surveyed and therefore the learned Special Government Pleader would submit that nothing survives for consideration in this matter.
