ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned standing counsel for Indian Bank.
2.According to the petitioner, he owns the petition mentioned premises. It is further stated that the premises were given on lease to the third respondent in the year 2016. The petitioner has filed this writ petition under the impression that the bank had locked and sealed the petition mentioned premises. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel for Indian Bank submitted that they had not locked and sealed the premises. It is open to the petitioner herein to take possession of the petition mentioned premises. If the third respondent raises any issue in future, it is for the petitioner to face the same.
