ORDER
The petition has been filed praying to direct the 2nd respondent police to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 16.12.2014.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that no complaint has been received by the respondent, though the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint.
3. Be that as it may, the petitioner is directed to present a complaint in person to the 2nd respondent on 16.06.2015 in person along a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to look into the same and conclude the enquiry, within a period of six weeks thereafter.
4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
