ORDER

The petitioner wants issuance of joint patta. He has given representation dated 10.01.2019 in this regard.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate stated that orders in accordance with law will be passed on the petitioner's representation dated 10.01.2019 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. It is made clear that this Court has not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter. The respondent shall pass orders one way or the other. The respondent shall put the petitioner as well as all the interested parties on notice before passing orders.

4. Recording the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
