O R D E R
The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider the Petitioner's objection, dated 3.6.2019 regarding the disbursement of land acquisition compensation amount to the third respondent in respect of the property in S.No. 194/2.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.It is not in dispute that a portion of the property in S.No. 194/2 in Pudur Village, Natham Taluk, Dindigul District was acquired for expansion of National Highways. The compensation for the acquired property was also determined at Rs.1,95,520/- The third respondent laid the claim for compensation amount on 2/6
the ground that the property belong to him. The Petitioner herein made an objection for disbursement of the compensation amount to the third respondent by claiming right over the property. The objection, dated 3.6.2019 submitted by the Petitioner was forwarded to the first respondent by the District Collector in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.31844/2017/E2, dated 6.6.2019. Since the said objection has not been considered, the Petitioner has come before this Court, with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra.
4.The learned counsel for the third respondent would submit that the third respondent is the absolute owner of the property and the Petitioner has no document to support his alleged claim over the subject property 5.In view of the rival contention raised by the learned counsel for the Petitioner and third respondent, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, direct the first respondent to consider the objection submitted by the Petitioner, dated 3.6.2019 and dispose of the same in accordance with law, after affording reasonable opportunity to the Petitioner and third respondent, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
