It is an application seeking a direction to direct the first and second respondents not to harass the petitioner. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. that on the basis of the complaint lodged against the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and the complaint has been closed. 5.In view of closure of complaint the presence of the petitioner is not required by the respondent police. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
