The petitioners allege harassment at the hands of the second respondent.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate states that the husband of the first petitioner had suffered a head injury and was admitted to a private hospital in Madurai. It is alleged that a huge sum was spend towards treatment but the first petitioner's husband did not get any relief. He now suffered a kind of brain death. Now he has been shifted to the Government Hospital. The petitioners have given a complaint against the hospital management. Likewise, the hospital management is said to have given a complaint against the petitioners herein. 3.I am of the view that this is not a case in which the petitioner can be vexed with any criminal prosecution at the hands of the respondent police.
