ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who is arrayed as an accused apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under sections 498(A), 294(B) and 506(i) of IPC and section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prevention of Women Harassment Act, in Crime No.5 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the de-facto complainant is the wife of A1 and after the marriage, all the accused harassed the defacto complainant by demanding more dowry. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he is the brother of A1 and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that A3 to A6 were granted anticipatory bail by this court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.8940 of 2015, dated 06.05.2015 4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

5.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that A3 to A6 were granted anticipatory bail by this court, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.

6.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
