ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the 2nd Respondent to give adequate Police Protection for life and limb of the petitioner and his family members on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 27.02.2023.

2. Only on 27.02.2023, the petitioner has given the representation to the respondents. Even without giving any proper, reasonable and breathing time to the second respondent for making enquiry, this petition has been filed on 01.03.2023.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that only on 01.03.2023, the above said representation has been received.

4. On reading of the particulars, the representation was received only on 02.03.2023. Filing the petition on the next day of sending the representation itself cannot be appreciated by this Court. The petitioner shall wait for some reasonable time. Depending upon the outcome of the enquiry, if the petitioner is still aggrieved, he can workout his remedy through proper proceedings.

5. With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
