ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioners in the guise of enquiry.

2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners.

3. The learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police would submit that the petitioners were included in HS.No.39 of 2015 in MC.No.32 of 2015 and that the notice has been issued on 24.02.2023 and the same was also received by the petitioner and hence, there is no harassment made against the petitioners.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for default.
