ORDER

This petition has been filed praying to direct the 2nd respondent police to investigate and file a final report in the case in Crime No.4 of 2014, dated 11.2.2014 within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the respondent to file the final report within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The criminal original petition is disposed of with the above direction.
