O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to complete the investigation and file a Final Report in Crime No.232 of 2015, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent has registered a case in Crime No.232 of 2015 under Sections 447, 294(b), 427, 506 (ii) r/w 109 of IPC. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the investigation is in progress and two months time may be granted to file a final report.

4.Considering the aforesaid submission, the respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the aforesaid observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
