ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2. Issuance of notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.

2.The petitioner is the owner of Plot No.89A. The third respondent is the owner of Plot No.88. The petitioner's apprehension is that while effecting sub-division at the instance of the third respondent, a portion of her plot may also be included in the patta to be issued in favour of the third respondent. 3.I do not know whether this apprehension is justified. Be that as it may, the second respondent is directed to hear the petitioner as well as the third respondent before effecting sub-division based on the application of the third respondent. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The contentions of the third respondent are not foreclosed in any manner. 2/4

4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
