PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to complete the speedy enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner dated 04.02.2025 and to take necessary action in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court. O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the third respondent to complete the enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner dated 04.02.2025 and to take necessary action in accordance with law. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, would submit that the respondents received the complaint of the petitioner dated 04.02.2025 and the enquiry is pending. The opposite party is at Maharashtra and they already issued summons and enquiry is going on. However, the respondents will complete the enquiry within a period of fifteen days. 2/5

3.This Court heard both sides and perused the records placed before this Court.

4.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for in this petition and recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents, this Court directs the third respondent to complete the enquiry within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
