ORDER

The prayer made in the writ petition is in two parts.

2. The writ petitioner wants issuance of patta in his a favour in respect of the subject land. The learned Government Advocate submits that patta cannot be issued in favour of the writ petitioner.

3. This Court directs the third respondent to send formal communication to the writ petitioner setting out his decision and the reasons for taking such a decision. This exercise shall be done within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The other prayer is for taking action against the fourth respondent. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate that action has already been initiated against the fourth respondent herein. Charge memo under Rule 17(b) has already been issued. This Court directs the third respondent to continue the proceedings and take it to its logical conclusion.
