This Second Appeal is filed as against the judgment and decree passed by the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tirunelveli, in A.S.No.95 of 2014, on 25.10.2019, confirming the judgment and decree, dated 08.10.2013 passed in O.S.No.47 of 2011 by the Principal District Munsif, Tirunelveli.

2.Today(15.07.2022), when the Second Appeal is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants submits that the appellants are not willing to proceed with the case further and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Second Appeal. He has also circulated a letter dated 13.07.2022 to that effect. 3.In view of the same, the Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
