ORDER

This petition has been filed praying to call for the records pertaining to Cr.No.449 of 2014, on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same as illegal.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondents submitted that charge sheet has already been filed before the court concerned and yet to be taken on file and a copy is also given to the counsel for the petitioner.
