PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to direct the respondents to take appropriate action for removal of public nuisance and encroachments made in public pathway and ECR Road situate at Ravuthanvayal Village, Sambaipattinam, Peravurani Taluk, Thanjavur District, as per Section 133 of Cr.P.C., on the b asis of the petitioner's representation, dated 13.05.2015.

ORDER

The petitioner has made a representation to the 1st respondent, seeking initiation of proceedings under Section 133 of Cr.P.C. As no action has been taken, the present petition has been filed.

2. Taking in to consideration of the fact that the representations of the petitioner, dated 24.03.2015, 21.04.2015 and 13.05.2015 are pending consideration before the 1st respondent, the 1st respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representations of the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
