This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to implement the proceedings, dated 01.02.2019 in Na.Ka.P3/10574/2016 of the first respondent and permit the petitioner to continue and discharge his duties as Secretary to Panchayat of Kollangudi Village Panchayat, Kalayarkovil Panchayat Union, Sivagangai District. 2.When the matter was taken up hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent has produced a communication, dated 12.04.2019 issued by the second respondent, in which, it is specifically stated that the petitioner's case has been considered and he will be posted at Kollangudi Village Panchayat, after election process is over.
