ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to change the investigation in Crime No.127 of 2014 of the second respondent from the first respondent CBCID police to third respondent CBI Police and file the final report within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that already investigation was completed and final report has been filed before the concerned Court and it is pending trial thereby nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Since already investigation was completed and final report filed it is not appropriate to transfer the investigation at this stage.
