The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case with liberty to challenge the order declining to condone the delay in taking cognizance and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the above, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
