This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 15.03.2017 and investigate the same within the time stipulated fixed by this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of the closure report and submitted that based on the complaint of the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted by the Inspector of Police, Junction Police Station, Tirunelveli City and after enquiry, the complaint was closed.
3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
