ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 04.01.2021 in the light of Clause 40 of the third respondent Counsel Resolution No.466, dated 31.12.2018, in respect of General Instructions and to waive the rent for the period of 01.03.2020 to 31.9.2020 for the tenancy granted to the petitioner, for running hotel, situated at Central Bus Stand, Tiruchirappalli.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, Mr.K.S.Selvaganesan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that already two months extension was given for compensating the loss of business during the Covid-19 Pandemic period in line with G.O.(D)No.298, Municipal Administration and Water Supply (MA.IV) Department, dated 02.09.2020. 2/4
