ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, on the basis of the complaint lodged by Dhinakaran S/o.Subbaiah.

2.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the complaint preferred by the de-facto complainant has been inquired into and the same has been closed. A copy of the closure report has also been produced before this Court. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
